What started as Megan making badge reels for friends has grown into Vial Behavior, a place where healthcare professionals can find accessories with a little more personality. Whether your style is funny, dark, sarcastic, cute, or somewhere in between, we think your gear should be as unique as you are.

We currently specialize in badge reels and badge pins, with scrub hats and other accessories already in the works. Our goal is simple: create products that make long shifts a little more fun and give you something to smile about between charting, call lights, and caffeine refills.

Everything we design starts with one question:

"Would we actually wear this?"

If the answer isn't yes, it doesn't make the cut.

We're a small business, and that means we're constantly creating, experimenting, and adding new designs. Some ideas are inspired by medicine, some by pop culture, and some by the wonderfully unhinged humor that only healthcare workers truly understand.
